Sometimes all we need to make it through the rest of the day is a little extra energy!
This is a simple way to recharge with excellent results, I so this many afternoons, you know around 3:00 when your energy is low and you just feel like a nap!
Try breathing the yoga way.
- Sit in a chair and inhale deeply.
- Then, exhale slowly and drawing your navel to your spine.
- Next, inhale and take about 15 short puffing exhales.
- End with another deep, long inhale and exhale.
- Repeat up to three times
