Meet Kathi
Texas originally licensed Kathi Frank to practice real estate agency in 1975. It was a natural fit for her from the beginning. She possesses an unusual ability to listen to what people are saying with her heart as well as her hearing. That skill has led her down the path of becoming a top-producing agent in The Woodlands, Texas and into many leadership roles.From Local Chapter President to Texas District VP and member of the National Budget committee, Kathi showed years of dedication to the Womens Council of Realtors. She earned designations from the Accredited Buyer Representative, Leadership Training Graduate, Performance Management Network, Real Estate Cyberspace Society and many others. Too numerous to list, Kathi has been a contributing author in real estate related publications on the local, state and national levels. Most recently, the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) has certified Kathi as an ePro – the only technology related certification by NAR.
In 2006, Kathi enrolled in professional training with Coach Institute and found that many of her personal practices in real estate agency neatly dovetailed with the principles taught in life coaching. Known to many as the TechieMomma, she believes that real estate buyers and sellers deserve to have representation from a seasoned, knowledgeable professional who is also willing to adapt to the new technology. Kathi is constantly learning and bringing that experience to meet her clients.
